#1) WE ARE NOT A BOARDING FACILITY!

HERE IS WHY!!!!!

     a) When we ship a litter, that opens up space for the next momma to move out of my kitchen (only so much space in my kitchen guys!) and into a safe, suitable pen in the puppy barn. Moving mommas outside is necessary BECAUSE mommas need to consume food as much and as often as they possibly can while raising a litter of little ones! The more that they eat, the more they potty. So imagine......5 females in your kitchen, having to go potty at least every 3 hours, day and night.....OH!!!! And they do not all have to go potty at the same time either! So what we would have is one crazy, cranky, sleep deprived person who might have already lost her mind......emailing you back and forth and caring for puppies. Hmmm.....that is just not a good idea. SO.....mommas do need to move out of the kitchen!

     b) Puppies from different litters can "sometimes" be housed together if we can easily tell them appart and they are within a week of each other in age.

     c) We are not training puppies anymore......and I am not going to have an untrained puppy going potty all over the house so a puppy left here can not "just come in the house". Also, momma dogs take priority over all older/ boarding (even over my keeper puppies)puppies. Momma dogs do not like annoying, adolecsent puppies anywhere NEAR them or their new babies! This puts all older puppies at a high risk of momma attacking them to protect her young. Mommas also can get nervous, stand up, try to fight off other dogs or puppies near her pups. This can cause her to step on her own puppies, injuring them a little or even fatally.

     d) Your puppy will likely be kept out in a pen by itself if it has to stay here beyond the shipping date. This is a problem if it is cold out. Summer time is not too bad nor is spring and fall.

     e) We have carefully structured our business rules and policies so that we do not have to keep any pups after the litter shipping date. We are just not set up to do this all the time. We are making this page due to the increased number of people wanting to "leave" baby here for longer even though, we instruct them to only choose from a litter that they are sure they will be able to receive their puppy from at the proper time.

#2) IF YOU HAVE LITTLE TO NO CHOICE BUT TO BOARD, SEE OUR TERMS/OPTIONS BELOW:

     a) I have arranged with a neighbor/close friend to care for, feed, water, keep clean bedding in with puppies for us. The fee for this service is $125 per week per puppy or $20 per day.

     b) Again, this service is for boading, not training. The external shipper can pick up your puppy from the boarding facility, and ship from there after they collect the shipping $, crate and health certificate from me. you will pay the $125 external shipper fee directly to the shipper. THE SHIPPER FEE IS IN ADDITION TO THE BOARDING FEE AND IN ADDITION TO OUR STANDARD SHIPPING FEES.

     c) EXAMPLE: Puppy price - $2,000 + $375 shipping = $2,375 + 1 week boarding for $125 = $2500 plus external shipper fee of $125 = $2,625 total due.
